Privacy

When you send an enquiry, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, what you are interested in, and your message. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

We use your details to reply to you and to provide the property service you asked for. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list without your permission.

Your enquiry is stored in a secure database that only our team can read. We share your details only where it is needed to do what you asked, for example with the agent who markets a home you want to view.

We keep your details for as long as we are helping you, and delete them when they are no longer needed.

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you may ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email info@intelligentprop.com and we will act on it. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you may complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
